If you have any issues with your Laptops, PCs, Internet Connectivity, Network & WIFI, Applications or General IT.

Generally, your first port of call should still be your local IT Firm. They are still responsible for your general IT services and will be the best people to investigate and determine the root cause of any issue. Should your IT firm conclude that there is a security issue, it would then be best for them to contact us for help – see right.

If you or your IT firm believe there is a Security Issue or a Firewall Connectivity issue.

In this situation you should contact our Security Helpdesk or better still ask your local IT Firm to contact our Security Helpdesk on your behalf – (see number on the right). It is usually quicker and easier for us to work in conjunction with your IT Firm to investigate, diagnose and resolve any security concerns.
